I have so many fond memories of Elgin ...I had a big job as president of the SHF and I was so lucky to have Elgin on my board of directors ! He was the voice of reason , he was honest and sincere , he supported me and the SHF and I will never forget Elgin . I am sad to hear of his passing and extend my sympathy to his whole family .....Elgin was a true gentleman !!!
