The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Elgin Bracken can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Cheryl Bracken
Condolence: My condolences to Karen, Mark, Wendy and families. Several years ago cousin Lorraine and I visited Hudson Bay. I will always remember going to Elgin and Karen's farm to see the horses. I too had a passion for horses and when Elgin was telling me about each one of them you could see a twinkle in his eyes. You knew he was proud of them.

Condolence From: Linda Hawes (nee Bracken)
Condolence: My sympathies to Karen, Mark and Wendy and families. It is at times like these that we realize how fortunate we were to have had tri-annual Bracken reunions over the years. I remember how much it meant to my Dad (Alvin), when Elgin and Karen made the trip down from Hudson's Bay to Clandeboye in the middle of winter when Blair (our brother) passed away.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Linda Hawes (nee Bracken) Elgin's cousin
