Obituary for Edward Gerald Suwinski
Edward Gerald Suwinski was born July 22nd, 1940 in Carragana, Saskatchewan to parents Edmund and Sophie Suwinski.
Edward grew up on the family farm near Prairie River, Saskatchewan, receiving his education at Muskeegan.
Edward worked at Simpson Timber and in the bush for Paul Kowal. He also worked at the Big Hill and farmed for over 50 years of his life, with his brother Leonard.
Edward belonged to many different clubs including; the Curling Rink, the Hall Board, the Gun Club and the Library Board. He was also part of the Museum, the Wild Life Federation, and with Search and Rescue.
In his spare time, Edward enjoyed photography, searching for arrow heads, and archaeological digs.
Edward was predeceased by his father Edmund in 1998; mother Sophie 2012; along with several aunts, uncles, and a cousin.
Edward is survived by his brothers: Joseph, Leonard (Shirley), and their children: Terri (Cody and Jade), Twyla (Danny), and Tanja (Tom); brother Robert (Lucja), and their children Brett (Kathleen), and Brendan (Naomi); aunt Kay; along with numerous cousins, friends and acquaintances.
