Obituary for Glen Francis Colvin

Glen Francis Colvin was born February 23rd, 1936 on a farm near Redvers, Saskatchewan. Glen was born to Berthaand James Colvin.
Up until his early teens, Glen grew up in Redvers before moving to British Columbia. Glen started his working
career on a dairy farm. He moved on to a lengthy career in the forest industry.
In 1959, Glen married Elizabeth (Betty); they had two children Bev and David. Later in life Glen met Gloria, the
couple married April 14th, 1990. Glen participated fully in the lives of Gloria’s children Koreena and Kirt.
In 1994 , Glen retired from SaskFor McMillian. Despite retirement he surrounded himself with his mill friends and coworkers on coffee row. Glen’s hobbies included golf, baseball, hockey, farming, rodeoing, quadding, and cutting firewood.
Glen was predeceased by his parents Bertha and James Colvin; Brothers: Sylvester, Melville and Jack; along with Sister Edith.
Left to cherish Glen’s memory is his Wife Gloria; Children Bev (Tracy) and David (Arceli); Grandchildren:
Ryan, Brandi (Chad), Joseph and Abigail; Great-Grandchildren: Hailie, Lucas, Kyla; Step-Children Koreena
(Kipp) and Kirt (Camille); Step-Grandchildren: Laken, Kendall and Avery, along with numerous relatives and
friends.
