Obituary for Victor Newton Howell
Vic was born the third of six children born to Sam and May Howell in Melfort. He moved to Hudson Bay in November of 1949, and married Alma Gauthier in 1953.
Vic was predeceased by his Wife Alma; Parents May and Sam; Sister Phyllis Fletcher; Brothers-in-law: Merle
Fletcher, Frank Cowie, Larry Halvorsen, Hal Person, Art Belisle, and Paul Cancade.
He is survived by Daughters: Polly (Rodney) Godenir of Antler, SK, Christine (Ed) Adams of Regina, SK, and Nancy (Rick) Richardson of Regina, SK; Grandchildren: Leah Godenir, Colleen (Jason) Geysen, Olivia (Eldon) Amendt, Andrew Godenir, Hillary (Aaron) Walter, Graham Adams, Adrienne Adams, and Kori (Rob) James; Great-Grandchildren: Caden and Carter Geysen, Cooper Godenir, Braxton Amendt, Sophia and Luke Walter, Robbie and Ray James; Sisters: Lora Cowie, Shirley (Dick) Claggett, and Eunice Halvorsen; Brother Herb (Irene) Howell; Siblings-in-law; Rita Person, Jen Belisle, Yvette Cancade and Polly (Leon) Rey.
